I am very disappointed with my shopping experience. My order number is #295129613, and I have already completed the payment. The shipment was created on October 22, 2026, but Aramex tracking still shows that the parcel has not been handed over to the courier. It has been 5 days, and I have not received my order or a clear delivery update. I request the seller to investigate this issue immediately and provide a confirmed delivery date. If the order cannot be shipped? Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
